WHAT IS GARDALAND EXPRESS?
Through the purchase of a Gardaland Express Time Saver - in addition to the regular entry ticket to the Park or season ticket - you will gain access to the attractions indicated, limiting your waiting time.
The Gardaland Express Time Saver allows you 1 access for each attraction included in the same, unless otherwise specified.

WHERE CAN IT BE PURCHASED?
You can purchase the Gardaland Express Time Saver online or directly at the Park at the dedicated Ticket Offices and Gardaland Express Points (Medieval area, Mammoth area, West area, Jumanji - The Adventure area). Daily availability is limited.

WHAT DO I GET AND HOW DO I ACTIVATE IT?
When you purchase a Time Saver Gardaland Express online, you will receive a voucher; if you purchase it at the Park, you will receive a ticket.
In the "Express" section of the Gardaland Express application, you will have to match your Time Saver Gardaland Express voucher/ticket by scanning its QR Code.
The Time Saver Gardaland Express is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-saleable and non-refundable and, once purchased, it is not possible to change its type.
Remember: to use the service you must download the Gardaland Express App. Associate your Gardaland Express voucher/ticket in the "Express" section of the app!

HOW DO I ACCESS THE ATTRACTIONS?
Once at the Park, and after having associated your Gardaland Express within the Gardaland Express app, you will be able to view the attractions with their estimated waiting times and select the one you wish to book your turn for. When your turn is about 5 minutes away, you will receive a notification advising you "It's almost your turn!". Get closer to the attraction! When it's your turn, you will receive a notification alerting you "It's your turn!" go to the Gardaland Express entrance of the attraction and, to access the queue, place your smartphone on the turnstile where indicated. Near the boarding station, for the attractions that provide for it, also lean your smartphone on the second turnstile.

If NFC is inactive, you can access the attraction by scanning the QRcode on the turnstile.

HOW LONG DOES GARDALAND EXPRESS LAST?
The Gardaland Express Time Saver purchased online is valid only on the day of the visit to the Park which must be made within 1.11.2026.
