Inaccessible content

The contents listed below are inaccessible for the following reasons, in breach of Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004:

  • 9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose;
  • 9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure or correlations transmitted by the presentation of the pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available through text);
  • 9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required, apart from exceptions provided for by law (E.g., logos);
  • 9.1.4.12 - By changing the spacing of the texts relative to the height of the lines, spaces between paragraphs, letters or words, there are some losses of information or content;
  • 9.2.2.2 - Some animations, flashes, scrolls or auto-updates of information started automatically, lasting more than five seconds or presented in parallel with other content, there are no mechanisms to interrupt or hide them;
  • 9.2.4.3 - In some web pages that can be navigated sequentially and in which the navigation sequence affects their meaning and operation, some objects that could receive the focus do not receive it in such an order as to preserve its meaning and operation;
  • 9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined by the text of the link or by the text of the link together with adjacent content;
  • 9.2.4.6 - Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;
  • 9.2.4.7 - The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements;
  • 9.3.2.2 - When the user changes the setting of any interface component (input), a change of context occurs;
  • 9.3.3.2 - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires input actions by the user;
  • 9.4.1.2 - In some cases, the components of the user interface (including: elements of a module, links and script-generated components), name, role, states, properties and values are not correct or set, or the user and assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
  • 9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in such a way that the assistive technologies can interpret them without having to shift the focus;

This statement was drawn up on 30/10/2023.

The evaluation was carried out by third parties through objective and subjective analyses (see Article 3 (1) of Commission Implementing Decision EU 2018/1523).

The statement was last reviewed on 20/07/2025, respecting the recommendation to periodically (at least annually) review the accuracy of claims contained in this accessibility statement.
